Banana-Kale Cakes

I eat a high raw diet but I am not on a totally raw diet.  At this point in my life, it's just not possible but I come up with some pretty interesting concoctions at times to get the healthy, nutrition my body needs.  One of the best of those healthy ingredients is kale.  Kale however is not my favorite dark leafy green in the world.  So here is an interesting and pretty good recipe that you may like to try!

2 Bananas
2 Large Kale Leaves
3 Farm Fresh Eggs
1/3 Cup KISST Organics Rolled Oats

Mix all in blender.  Cook over low heat using just a touch of coconut oil to keep them from sticking in the pan.  This recipe makes approx. 4 - 6" pancakes
