Apple Spice Smoothie

My Breakfast this morning!
 Apple Spice Smoothie


1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Banana (frozen)
2 Apples, cut in wedges
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Cup Spinach, fresh or frozen
3 Kale leaves
Blend all ingredients in a blender with ice if you like the frozen texture.  Enjoy!
