Aloe Vera - Add It To Your Smoothies

Do you ever take Aloe Vera in your smoothies or juices? I have a bottle of Lily of the Desert Aloe in the fridge, and I try to take at least 1-2 oz per day. (if you have colitis or other intestinal issues it may irritate you so check that out first). It's great for so many things including healing skin conditions like acne and eczema! For those of you who have access to the organic plant, fresh is best.
