Todays Breakfast Smoothie!

Un-chocolate Smoothie
Mild Chocolatey flavor with absolutely no chocolate!
Very Tastey!

4 to 6 Kale leaves
1 small beet
1 med avocado
3 stalks celery
1 cup cashews
1 banana
10-12 grapes
½ t ginger
½ t cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
add ice to taste
This recipe makes a very large portion of smoothies (approx. 8 cups)
Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, blend to desired consistency and serve.
