Another GREAT Smoothie Recipe

Very Berry Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blackberries
4-6 dates or prunes
3 cups fresh kale (I cut off about 2 inches of the stem and use the rest)
1-2 tablespoons freshly ground flaxseed.  Substitute flaxseed meal if you don't have fresh flaxseed

Preparation Instructions:

Blend well in high-powered blender. Enjoy!
