Your Liver-Is It Toxic?

What does it mean to have a toxic liver?  When you are having trouble with your liver or your liver is having a hard time removing all of the toxins that bombard it from everyday life, many symptoms can occur and you may not even give your liver a second thought.  So many times, we treat the symptom rather than the cause.

Common symptoms due to poor liver function include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Abdominal bloating and swelling
• Allergies (especially sudden or those that come on later in life)
• Anxiety, frustration, inability to function harmoniously with those around you

• Brain Fog (poor concentration or memory)
• Cellulite
• Chemical and environmental sensitivities
• Chronic fatigue
• Colds and flues (the liver is responsible for immune function)

• Depression
• Difficulty losing weight

Now, I am not saying that every symptom you have ever had is related to an unhappy liver but what I am saying is that you might be surprised that cleaning up your liver will help you feel better all the way around and have more energy too. I am also stating that most (if not all) symptoms of illness and dis-ease will subside. Not sure you are on the same page?

I challenge you to give it a try...

I will be posting several posts over the next few days about the importance of taking care of your liver and what you can do to help cleanse and detox to boost your liver function.

I would love to hear from you! Post your comments below to let me know how you are doing through this process.
