The Liver Cleanse = Optimal Health

Doing a liver cleanse is relatively painless!  That's the good news!  Unfortunately, doing right isn't necessarily easy but if you are looking for optimal health, it's a no brainer!
 
As you begin cleansing your liver, you may see gradual or even huge improvements from the very beginning.
You may notice:

• A reduction in food cravings
• Fewer emotional swings
• More energy
• Increased metabolism
• Increased immunity


Some adverse effects that you could also see but that are relatively uncommon:
• Headache
• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Mucus and unusual secretions in your bowel movements (Don't worry!  This is normal for some people ).

Many liver cleanses can be harsh and honestly a change in eating habits will be very beneficial but it is not an absolute requirement in detoxifying your liver.

Each morning consume the following tea.
Liver Cleansing Tea (can be consumed hot or cold)
When making hot tea, boil the water on the stove top.  DO NOT MICROWAVE (the microwave changes the physiology of the water, distorting and changing the molecular structure).



2 Drops Lemon essential oil

2 Drop Peppermint essential oil

1/2 Fresh squeezed lemon juice
 
1 12 oz mug of water
 
 
Wait 20 Minutes before eating anything.  This is all that is necessary for helping to cleanse and purify your liver. 
 
For added benefits and honestly better results, keep reading.
 
Apply 3 drops of lemon oil and 3 drops of peppermint oil to the soles of clean feet every morning and every night.

Drink fresh squeezed lemon in your water throughout the day.  Most people find that adding the essential oils in the morning is plenty and they do not add more during the rest of the day. 
 
Changing your diet is probably the most difficult part but it doesn't have to be.  If you have followed us here for a while you know my beliefs on incorporating green smoothies into your diet plan.  Here we go again.  There are many recipes listed here on this blog.  Simply key in "smoothie" into the search box and it will bring up a lot of information and recipes for you.
If you will discipline yourself to consuming at least one green smoothie each day (preferably after your Liver Cleansing Tea) you will see a definitive difference and faster detox of your liver and your other organs as well.  You will see increased energy levels and symptoms of dis-ease fade away.
