Holiday Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. raw pumpkin
- 1 cup water or coconut milk
- 4 pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 12 raw almonds
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 small banana, frozen
- sprinkle of cinnamon on top (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and
blend until smooth. Enjoy!
