Raw Holiday Pumpkin Spice Smoothie


Raw Holiday Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1/4 c. raw pumpkin
  • 1 cup water or coconut milk
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 raw almonds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 small banana, frozen
  • sprinkle of cinnamon on top (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
Leave out the spinach if you want a simple Pumpkin Spice smoothie.
