Exercise- Move The Body For Health!

It's safe to say that human beings are moving approximately 90 percent less than they did even just a few years ago, yet we maintain the same biology, the same genes, and the same physical requirements that human beings have had throughout their life span.  If we do not get adequate movement we do not strengthen or cleanse the body, and therefore we cannot maintain vitality. A lack of movement is a disease in and of itself.  Take heart!  There is a cure!  Get up and MOVE IT!!!  Commit to a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise every day.  KISST Organics
