When
you change your eating habits by making healthier choices, keep it
simple at first. If you omit something unhealthy, add something healthy
in it's place...make sure your nutrition is balanced, by particularly
rotating your intake of different types of fruit and vegetables. Try a
combination of at least 5 separate portions per day, and remember to eat
a rainbow.
